This year’s edition was devoted to Women in Industry. It was an opportunity not only to showcase the range of benefits that Tunisian engineers have, with Mrs. Nabiha ROMDHANE, the regional delegate for Women’s, Family and Children’s Affairs but also the gathering was a great opportunity to share, with all female attendees, how to well- communicate and how to give a good impression as a woman engineer when communicating with others, with Mrs. Sana Barhoumi Bennour. The event consisted of a morning of lectures: Four speakers in total and later on, in the afternoon, two workshops were held. The first one entitled ‘Self-Marketing’ by Mr. Atef HAMROUNI during which he made the majority of participants looking forward to another workshop and the second one ‘Resilience turns walls into doors’ by Ms. Oumayma Om Ezzin Gallas. Overall the event was successful and both the speakers and attendees gave us a positive feedback and they are highly looking forward to the next edition of She Leads 2k19.
